The Independent Living & Training Centre association of Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan (ILTC) is a non-profit, non-religious, non-political of all races and from all walks of life, resident in Selangor and federal Territory.

The association is dedicated to the task of securing equal right and opportunities for the physically impaired person in this country by working collectively and fraternally for the socioeconomic advancement of the physically impaired person with the view of enabling them to become responsible, useful and productive citizen. ILTC is a self-help group for people with disabilities and their families.

The Independent Living and Training Centre in Rawang is an organization, which was formed BY the disabled, FOR the disabled.
